Fraser Health seeks a Food Service Worker for Ridge Meadows Hospital. The position prepares, portions, assembles, transports, and delivers food while completing assigned cleaning duties. Work follows established procedures, sanitation and safety practices, and departmental quality improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble patient meal trays according to menus
Portion salads, sandwiches, beverages, desserts, and nourishments
Deliver and collect meal service carts
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
Follow HACCP protocols and record temperatures
Requirements:

Grade 10 or equivalent education, training, and experience
Current Food Safe Level I certificate
Restaurant setting experience
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Physical ability to carry out duties
Support hospital nutrition services through meal assembly, food preparation, sanitation, and dependable delivery across Ridge Meadows Hospital.
