Program Management Intern Newmarket

Build program management experience at Celestica in Newmarket through financial analysis, customer coordination, and cross-functional project tracking.
This 16-month internship supports the Newmarket site within Customer Program Management. You will assist Customer Program Managers, collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance, and gradually handle more complex duties. The position begins under close supervision before allowing autonomous work.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily Customer Program Manager activities and customer calls
Record and follow up on meeting action items
Perform financial analysis across costing, pricing, and forecasting
Track continuous improvement initiatives and operating metrics
Report product launch milestones, risks, gaps, and project status
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a university or college internship program
Completing third year of a four-year Business program
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google SmartSheets
Strong oral and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, self-starting, and comfortable working autonomously
Develop customer program management, financial analysis, communication, and reporting skills through Celestica’s Newmarket internship.
