Retail Store Operations Team Leader

Lead daily retail operations through strong supervision and communication while supporting store management in a high-volume environment.
As a Team Leader, you support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager across daily store operations. You lead associates, maintain merchandising standards, and help ensure excellent customer service. The work includes cash management, manager-on-duty duties, inventory participation, and employee training.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise store associates with guidance and support
Manage merchandising, shelf stocking, and daily shipments
Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Complete manager-on-duty, cash management, opening, and closing duties
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
Requirements:

Minimum one year of retail experience
One to two years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Open availability for days, evenings, and weekends
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Support retail store performance through associate leadership, merchandising, customer service, and dependable daily operational management.
