Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Work Location: 2320 St. Laurent Blvd, Ottawa, ON K1G 6C4 (Fully onsite)
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week, Full-time & Permanent
Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000
Carmichael is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work and manage all aspects of certain customer accounts.
Tasks And Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
Resolve customer concerns in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
Schedule and dispatch service requests accurately
Work with other departments to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
Process and accurately close work orders
Contact existing customers to schedule appointments
Communicate with service technicians
Requirements
2 years of experience in a customer service oriented role or similar position.
Bilingual in English/French
Punctual and reliable
Ability to handle difficult customers
Excellent computer skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Time management skills
