Public Health Registered Dietitian
County of Lambton
Advance community health in Sarnia as a Registered Dietitian using nutrition expertise, population assessment, and health promotion strategies.
The County of Lambton seeks a Registered Dietitian for Public Health Services. You will design interventions, facilitate learning, interpret community data, and collaborate with partners. The work supports inclusive, culturally safe approaches addressing health inequities and social determinants of health.
Key Responsibilities:
Design nutrition and public health behavior-change interventions
Tailor education for diverse, culturally responsive audiences
Analyze nutrition and health surveillance data
Develop communication and social marketing interventions
Mobilize cross-sector partners around shared priorities
Requirements:
Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition or equivalent
Dietitians of Canada approved internship or equivalent program
Current good-standing registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
At least one year community or public health nutrition experience
Valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle access
