Coordinate RV freight movements for Fraserway RV in Abbotsford, using dispatch planning, clear communication, and organized transportation records daily.
As a Freight Dispatcher, you will support transportation and logistics operations between factories and dealerships. You will coordinate drivers, schedule equipment, monitor deliveries, and communicate with dealerships and the Freight & Logistics Manager. The work requires transportation knowledge, computer proficiency, and careful priority management.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule drivers and equipment for daily RV transportation
Organize weekly assignments for timely dealership deliveries
Maintain shipping logs and communicate schedule changes
Process customs documentation and support border issue resolution
Keep driver files, trip reports, and transportation documents organized
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of transportation, freight, and logistics operations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and related systems
Experience in dispatching, transportation coordination, or logistics administration
Support Fraserway RV deliveries in Abbotsford through dependable dispatch coordination, customs documentation, communication, and accurate transportation records.
