Passport Health seeks an experienced Registered Practical Nurse for a contract full-time position, up to 30 hours weekly. You will develop knowledge of vaccine-preventable diseases, international health risks, and pre-travel health planning. The position includes weekday and every-Saturday scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth travel health consultations
Educate clients about destination-specific health risks
Administer vaccines under standing orders
Monitor clients for adverse reactions
Manage clinic inventory and documentation compliance
Requirements:
At least one year of clinical nursing experience
Strong patient communication and education skills
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Comfort working independently without consistent clinic backup
Ability to lift vaccine inventory up to 25 pounds
