Store Readiness Operations Supervisor

Support store readiness at Victoria’s Secret & Co through operational leadership, shipment execution, replenishment, and disciplined stock organization.
This Operations Supervisor role leads values-based execution under the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned. You will maintain back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy while supporting cleanliness, safety, and compliance. The role also includes coaching, visual merchandising, policy execution, and collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute shipment and replenishment activities
Organize stock and maintain back-of-house standards
Protect inventory accuracy across store operations
Identify and escalate operational issues
Maintain visual merchandising standards
Requirements:
Demonstrate and lead company values
Coach associates and leaders through development
Execute Daily Work Force Management actions
Lead and model leadership competencies
Demonstrate company policies and procedures
