Diagnose and repair automated equipment as a Maintenance Technician with Leclerc Biscuits, applying electrical and mechanical expertise in food manufacturing. Hands-on work supports modern production systems.
This Maintenance Technician position focuses on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, program basic PLCs, and maintain key equipment. The work supports production and other departments while developing expertise on cutting-edge equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation issues
Program basic PLCs and perform troubleshooting
Perform preventive maintenance on key equipment
Respond to emergencies and support production departments
Promote safety standards and propose performance improvements
Requirements:
College diploma in industrial controls or related field
Equivalent training and experience may be accepted
Hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
Ability to manage priorities and multitask effectively
Industrial manufacturing experience and language knowledge are assets
