Retail Operations Inventory Planner

Drive inventory planning for Lagree West and Jaybird across Vancouver, Victoria, Toronto, and New York on a part-time contract. Apply retail judgment, forecasting, and vendor coordination.
This experienced retail operations professional will support programs across both studio brands. The work covers inventory management, product coordination, and retail reporting. You will collaborate with Brand & Creative, Central Operations, Finance, and Studio Operations to keep products available in the right quantities and timing.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor inventory, sales, and sell-through across studio locations
Recommend reorders, transfers, and buy quantities
Coordinate sourcing, costing, purchase orders, and production timelines
Manage vendor relationships and flag delays or pricing concerns
Share retail performance and inventory health updates
Requirements:
Experience in retail operations, buying, merchandising, or inventory planning
Understanding of forecasting, sell-through, margins, and inventory management
Experience managing vendors and product or order timelines
Highly organized and analytical across multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and make proactive recommendations
Support retail continuity for Lagree West and Jaybird through disciplined inventory planning, vendor coordination, reporting, and operational recommendations.
