In this Sales Coach position, you will assist the Head Coach by managing sales or another store function, including a particular floor or business. You will set priorities, supervise support staff, and coordinate with other supervisors. You will also perform management functions when the Head Coach is absent and prepare activity reports.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a particular store floor or business area
Supervise daily activities of business support staff
Coordinate work activities with other supervisors
Support brand plans, initiatives, and programs
Demonstrate links between daily work and company mission
Requirements:

Extensive retail background with management experience
Two or more years managing retail teams
Passion and enthusiasm for sports fashion
Weekend, evening, holiday, and occasional overnight availability
Interest in Nike retail and athletic brand operations
Develop Nike retail performance through floor leadership, staff supervision, brand plans, and sales-focused store management at Retailors.
