Assistant Store Manager Reitmans Cambridge

Lead retail operations at Reitmans Smart Centers Cambridge, using team coaching and customer experience skills in a full-time position. Support daily performance while guiding a fashion retail team.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager supports operations, sales, and team engagement. You will coach employees, monitor KPIs, maintain presentation standards, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences. The position also includes hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, inventory, compliance, and omnichannel support.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and motivate team members on the sales floor
Monitor KPIs and recommend actions supporting store goals
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning
Manage inventory, compliance, procedures, and daily floor coverage
Maintain visual presentation and optimize product displays
Requirements:
Two or more years managing or supervising retail teams
Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Proven ability to achieve objectives and drive sales performance
Fashion knowledge, style awareness, and trend interest
High school diploma and flexible evening, weekend, holiday availability
