This six-month guaranteed-hours contract supports people in home and community settings. The Personal Support Worker helps clients remain safe and independent while keeping clients and families central to care. Duties include observing conditions, reporting changes, and completing light housekeeping when care plans indicate.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care in clients’ homes
Assist clients with mobility and light exercises
Keep client and family needs central during care
Report condition changes to managers or supervisors
Complete light housekeeping tasks in care plans
Requirements:

Personal Support Worker Certificate or listed professional equivalency
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Reliability and strong organizational skills
Commitment to the complete six-month assignment
Willingness to complete required Safe Patient Handling training
