This experienced Maintenance Worker role supports facility upkeep, improvement, and safety through repairs, renovations, and maintenance tasks. You will perform duties approaching the journeyman level while following applicable codes and regulations. The position also guides and supervises other Maintenance Workers and designated staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform skilled electrical, plumbing, and painting duties
Complete repairs, renovations, and maintenance tasks
Ensure work complies with applicable codes and regulations
Support facility upkeep, improvement, and safety
Guide and supervise designated staff and Maintenance Workers
Requirements:

Grade 10 education
Four years’ recent related experience
Equivalent education, training, and experience combination considered
Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
Experience approaching the journeyman level in trades
Bring broad trades expertise, supervisory ability, and code-compliant maintenance skills to 100 Mile District General Hospital.
