This full-time Store Manager role reports to the District Manager at Dollar Tree Canada. You will oversee merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment, development, scheduling, and inventory management. The position supports store success by creating an environment where associates feel valued and contribute.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead associates to drive profitable store sales
Oversee merchandising and front-end operations
Manage recruitment and associate development
Coordinate scheduling and inventory management
Create a valued, contributing store environment
Requirements:
Three or more years in a leadership role
Retail leadership experience preferred
Strong communication skills and helpful teamwork
Safety-focused mindset with productivity management skills
Secondary school completion and ability to lift 50 pounds
