Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain impactful customer relationships
Resolve customer problems related to banking solutions
Refer customers to appropriate staff and internal partners
Report non-standard matters and critical issues to management
Recommend improvements to branch practices and operations
Requirements:
High School diploma or relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within ninety days
Related post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
Working knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Effective verbal and written customer communication
Use relationship skills, financial service knowledge, and customer judgment to support TD Canada Trust customers and branch partners.
