Full Cycle Accounts Payable Clerk

Use full cycle Accounts Payable expertise and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central skills at Van Kam Freightways in Surrey, British Columbia.
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will provide finance support during a 12-month maternity leave coverage contract. The role centers on timely invoice processing, supplier relationships, account reconciliation, payment detail verification, and assistance for stakeholders across terminals. After six months, duties may expand to other departmental or positional support according to business needs, demonstrated performance, and organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile supplier accounts and manage supplier relationships
Support supplier and payment detail updates
Process recovery bills and contra entries
Assist with fuel card and requested reports
Provide general finance and vacation relief support
Requirements:
Multiple years of previous Accounts Payable experience
One to two years of verifiable full cycle experience
Required Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
Concur Invoice experience considered an asset
Business Administration diploma or degree considered an asset
