Serve Bay Roberts customers on-site as a part-time Liquor Sales Clerk using the SERVE process and point-of-sale systems. NLC values inclusive service.
As part of NLC’s Branch 40 stores team, you will support retail sales and responsible alcohol service. Your work includes inventory control, loss prevention, custom orders, and product knowledge. The position requires customer service experience and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service through the SERVE process
Operate the point-of-sale system during retail transactions
Receive inventory, maintain shelving, and complete counts
Maintain store security and perform loss prevention activities
Prevent sales to prohibited individuals and fill custom orders
Requirements:

High school graduation
At least 19 years of age
One year of retail customer service experience
Demonstrated interpersonal skills
Physical capability testing required for job duties
Bring customer service, retail transaction, inventory, and responsible sales skills to NLC’s Bay Roberts store team.
