Restoration Project Supervisor Kingston
On Side Restoration
Lead restoration projects in Kingston, Ontario, using construction expertise and exceptional customer service across commercial and residential sites.
On Side Restoration seeks a Project Supervisor to work with Project Managers on correct execution and timely completion. You will supervise field operations, coordinate large teams, and support rebuilds involving staff, sub-trades, vendors, clients, and environmental consultants. Construction or restoration experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee commercial and residential rebuilds and restoration projects
Organize scope of work with Project Managers
Lead field staff and coach teams onsite
Complete safety inspections and document site progress
Assist scheduling and work on tools as required
Requirements:
Two years of construction or restoration experience
Leadership abilities and preference for teamwork
Flood and fire damage experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Valid driver’s licence and clean criminal record
Bring restoration leadership, construction knowledge, and organized customer communication to On Side projects throughout Kingston.
