Research automotive parts and support customers and technicians as a Front Counter Parts Advisor at Sherwood Park Hyundai. Full-time hiring is immediate.
As a Parts Advisor within AutoCanada’s dealership network, you will source parts, facilitate sales, and provide accurate order updates. The work includes special orders, inventory management, and customer service. Familiarity with dealership Parts Departments and CDK is valuable.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and source parts for customers and technicians
Sell parts for customer and service work orders
Complete and track special-order parts requests
Communicate order status and delivery notifications
Restock shelves and maintain organized displays
Requirements:
Dealership or Parts Department familiarity and experience
Understanding of Parts and Service operations
Strong organization, time management, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office
Valid Ontario driver’s license and safe driving history
