National Property Appraisal Specialist

Apply Xactimate expertise and property appraisal skills as a full-time National Property Specialist serving the GTA, Ontario. Conduct inspections and valuations across varied properties.
Reporting to the National Director of ParioQuantify™, this position provides Pario services and products to new and existing customers. Work includes liability, actual cash value, catastrophe, Insurance Act, and insurance-to-value appraisals. The role requires restoration knowledge, building-code understanding, and basic electrical and plumbing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete replacement-cost and actual-cash-value property valuations
Prepare specifications, scopes, bid sheets, and general conditions
Inspect damage types, causes, and repair requirements
Complete audits and reviews against RMS quality standards
Promote rmsQuantify™ services to ClaimsPro adjusters
Requirements:
Construction, building science, or related technology diploma
Three to five years estimating and project management experience
Working knowledge of Xactimate Claims Software
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and extensive travel availability
Ability to lift 40 pounds and investigate damaged properties
Use Xactimate, restoration knowledge, and field inspection skills to deliver documented appraisals throughout the GTA for ParioQuantify™.
