Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority is seeking a Registered Nurse for Lundar Personal Care Home. The position provides resident care, supports professional practice, and may provide clinical leadership when assigned charge responsibilities. Evening shifts and an indefinite term are indicated.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents
Practice according to established standards, policies, and procedures
Provide clinical leadership when assigned charge responsibilities
Support HCAs, Unit Clerks, LPNs, and Registered Nurses
Practice within applicable legislation and professional expectations
Requirements:
Active or eligible Manitoba nursing licensure
Current Basic Life Support training
Clinical nursing knowledge, competence, and skills
Effective decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Successful security, abuse registry, and employment checks
