Customer Service Account Representative
RahrBSG
Support RahrBSG customers from Guelph, Ontario or Delta, British Columbia through account management, issue resolution, and complex order fulfillment. Build lasting customer relationships.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve assigned accounts and provide professional customer support. You will research concerns, manage adjustments, create service tickets, and escalate complex matters appropriately. The work also includes maintaining product knowledge, accurate customer records, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts
Research inquiries and resolve daily customer concerns
Process complex orders and monitor order status
Coordinate deliveries with carriers using transportation management systems
Communicate with Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams
Requirements:
Two-year college or technical school certificate
Or six months related experience, training, or equivalent
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge and advanced Excel preferred
Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce experience is a plus
Homebrewing, home fermentation, or beer industry experience preferred
Bring customer service expertise, detailed order processing, and professional communication to RahrBSG account support in Canada.
