As Assistant Chef Manager, you will help deliver exceptional food and service experiences reflecting Farm Boy's fresh shopping commitment. You will support departmental strategies, develop team members, and prepare hot and cold bar offerings. Daily work also includes merchandising, staffing, cleanliness, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the Department Manager on departmental strategies
Coach, motivate, train, and recognize team members
Prepare fresh offerings for hot and cold bar stations
Lead huddles and encourage two-way team feedback
Support inventory, ordering, scheduling, and payroll functions
Requirements:

Passion for exceptional customer service
Culinary Management post-secondary education
Minimum one year of supervisory or management experience
Strong organizational, analytical, mathematical, and interpersonal skills
English fluency and schedule flexibility
