Grow established Cintas accounts through route sales, renewals, and customer care in Quebec City, with mostly four-day workweeks. Drive safely.
As a Route Service Representative in Cintas’s Rental Division, you become the company’s face for an existing customer base. You will operate along an established route while delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. The position requires physical indoor and outdoor work, professional service, and product growth through upselling and cross-selling. A comprehensive 10-week training program supports the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Deliver and pick up facility service products
Build customer relationships with key decision makers
Address concerns while maintaining quality standards
Renew service agreements and manage route inventory
Requirements:
Valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
Provincial compliance for regulated vehicles over 10,000 pounds
High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
Ability to meet physical requirements
Teamwork, self-motivation, and strong customer service
Bring route sales, account development, customer service, and safe vehicle operation to Cintas’s Quebec City Rental Division.
