This individual-contributor Inside Sales Representative supports business growth across transportation and logistics. You will maintain an established customer portfolio, prospect outbound, follow up on leads, and identify account-growth opportunities. The role includes structured sales planning and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain customer contact and support retention
Make outbound prospecting and cold calls
Follow up on leads and conversations
Grow accounts by matching needs with services
Update customer information and sales activity
Requirements:

Customer service or sales experience is an asset
Clear verbal and written communication
Comfort with outbound calls and objections
Strong listening and relationship-building skills
