The Registered Practical Nurse functions within the Operating Room team at WRHN @ Midtown, formerly Grand River Hospital, KW Campus. This position involves interacting with patients, families, health professionals, and other health care providers. The successful candidate contributes to a safe environment and provides care across varied clinical circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrub for a variety of surgeries
Interact with patients and families
Collaborate with health professionals and providers
Support safety for patients, staff, and visitors
Requirements:
Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
Accredited Operating Room course
CPR certification
One year Operating Room experience preferred
Reliable, adaptable, collaborative, and dependable approach
Support safe surgical care at WRHN @ Midtown through Operating Room expertise, patient interaction, collaboration, and scrubbing skills.
