Lead early childhood education operations in Georgetown, Ontario, using staff development and family communication skills at BrightPath Kids. This is a full-time position.
As an Assistant Director, you will support the Centre Director while working with teachers and families. The position covers centre operations, licensing, policies, child safety, hygiene, payroll, and staff training. BrightPath Kids is part of the Busy Bees global childcare community.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with overall centre operations and staff development
Support recruitment, policies, child safety, and licensing
Process payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Implement and complete staff training
Communicate effectively with families about children
Requirements:

Registered Early Childhood Educator in good standing
Knowledge of licensing and childcare regulations
Meet provincial childcare employment requirements
Current immunization and Ministry of Health assessment
CPR and First Aid Certificate
Use your RECE credentials, regulatory knowledge, and leadership skills to support BrightPath Kids families and centre operations.
