TD Banking Customer Service Associate

Serve TD customers in Georgetown, Ontario, processing financial transactions and recommending banking solutions during 15 scheduled hours. Build trust through clear, accurate service.
As a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will support Personal & Commercial Banking customers at the branch. Use customer experience skills, administration, organization, and time management to understand needs and provide suitable advice. Your work helps deliver positive experiences while meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
Promote banking solutions and complete business processes
Advise customers clearly on banking processes
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Calm, courteous, accurate communication with different people
Bring customer service, transaction processing, and banking solution skills to TD Canada Trust’s Georgetown branch team.
