This 12-month Accounting and Business Insights Industrial Placement offers penultimate-year university students practical exposure to finance. You could analyse performance, create reporting visualisations, and explain financial results. The programme also develops commercial understanding, technology-enabled analytics, and stakeholder influence across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Support monthly reporting cycles and accurate financial results
Analyse data explaining performance drivers and improvement areas
Build reports and visualisations supporting business decisions
Improve processes, efficiency, and risk management with teams
Turn complex numbers into practical stakeholder insights
Requirements:
Be in your penultimate university year
Demonstrate sound knowledge and technical skills aligned to finance
Show relevant understanding through the application process
Work from a chosen UK location throughout the programme
Meet hybrid attendance expectations of two office days weekly
