Support plumbing and HVAC/R customers in Timmins as a Counter Sales Associate using product knowledge and professional communication skills.
Wolseley Canada seeks a customer-focused professional for its Timmins location. You will serve as the first customer contact, support wholesale distribution sales, prepare quotations, and coordinate order fulfillment. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., subject to change.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt product information to customers professionally
Respond to customers in person, by phone, or email
Prepare quotations for urgent contracting jobs
Research products using catalogues and online resources
Verify product availability, orders, and schedules
Requirements:
Technical sales or customer service experience required
Wholesale or distribution experience required
HVAC and plumbing market knowledge is an asset
General computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Build customer relationships at Wolseley Canada through product guidance, quotations, order coordination, and responsive counter service in Timmins.
