Prepare lodge and field lunches as a First Cook with CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures at remote British Columbia worksites. Food Safe Certification and kitchen experience are required.
This full-time seasonal First Cook supports the lunch program near Revelstoke, Golden, Radium, or Valemount. You will prepare meals, support culinary positions, and respond to dietary needs. The schedule typically includes eleven-hour split shifts, two weeks on, and one week off.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare field and lodge lunches for staff and guests
Participate in menu planning, ordering, and product receiving
Maintain stock rotation and minimize kitchen waste
Clean kitchen areas, equipment, and service tools
Perform radio duty and support lodge team needs
Requirements:

Food Safe Certification
Minimum one year preparing sauces, soups, sandwiches, and charcuterie boards
Minimum one year in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Post-secondary hospitality education preferred
Ability to occasionally move up to 50 pounds
Bring lunch preparation, food handling, and kitchen organization skills to CMH’s seasonal First Cook position in remote British Columbia.
