Job Type: Full Time
Location: Burlington, ON
Pay Rate: $23.64 - $27.85/hour
Shifts Available: Day Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Afternoon shift includes an additional $0.45/hour premium
What You'll Do:
Handle, align and stack sheets of steel according to production specifications.
Prepare and secure steel bundles using appropriate packaging and banding materials.
Label and tag completed products accurately.
Perform quality checks to verify product type, size, quantity and condition.
Read and follow technical documents, blueprints, schematics and work instructions.
Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting as required.
Use basic measuring tools to verify product specifications.
Complete production documentation and checklists accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
Operate material-handling equipment where trained and certified.
Report equipment, production, quality or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and PPE requirements.
