Personal Banker Trainee Lively

Build customer relationships as a Personal Banker Trainee with TD Canada Trust in Lively, Ontario, advising on investment and credit solutions. This 37.5-hour opportunity includes district mobility.
Support existing and prospective customers by understanding financial goals and recommending personalized banking solutions. You will provide financial planning advice, discuss portfolio updates, answer questions, and address concerns. The position also supports frontline staff, regulatory accuracy, and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise customers on investment and credit banking solutions
Ask thoughtful questions and deepen customer relationships
Provide personalized financial advice and financial reviews
Handle customer problems for frontline staff
Prepare documents consistent with relevant regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or one year of relevant experience
Completion of IFIC or equivalent required
Complete CFSA within twelve months if hired
Knowledge of investing, credit processes, and banking solutions
Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications
Use financial planning, investment knowledge, and customer service skills to support TD customers while developing as a Personal Banker Trainee.
