Use customer service and marketing skills as a full-time Marketing Assistant at Comox Valley Seniors Village in Courtenay, British Columbia.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will provide suite tours and support marketing activities at a seniors housing community. The position includes assisting with events, evaluating marketing initiatives, and screening prospective customer calls. You will help maintain professional relationships and processes that support facility service and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide suite tours for walk-in and appointment customers
Assist with evaluating marketing initiatives
Support business development and client event planning
Maintain the client database and role processes
Screen and qualify prospective customer phone calls
Requirements:
Grade 12 education
One year marketing, sales, customer service, or administrative experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Professional English communication and instruction comprehension
Customer service orientation and interest in working with seniors
Bring organized marketing support, professional communication, and empathetic customer service to residents and prospective customers.
