Customer Service Rental Coordinator
Air Liquide
Support Red-D-Arc customers in Saint-Hyacinthe through responsive service, rental coordination, equipment returns, and accurate order administration.
This Rental Coordinator position supports daily branch operations while ensuring rental equipment is ready for customer orders. You will serve walk-in customers, process payments, prepare quotes, and manage inquiries. You will also coordinate with sales representatives, technicians, suppliers, and customers on orders and equipment movements.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve walk-in customers promptly, including equipment returns
Provide excellent service across all customer accounts
Prepare and email quotes for external sales
Plan customer orders with coordinators and technicians
Prepare lease agreements according to established guidelines
Requirements:
Postsecondary education equivalent to a college diploma
More than three years’ customer service experience preferred
Customer service experience in industrial or rental settings
Knowledge of equipment positioning and welding applications is an asset
Ability to guide, delegate, and follow up effectively
Bring responsive customer service, rental administration, and communication skills to Red-D-Arc’s Saint-Hyacinthe branch team.
