Retail Duty Manager Brandon

Lead retail sales, merchandising, and customer service as a Duty Manager at TJ Hughes’s new Brandon IP27 store. Full-time and part-time hours are available.
This Duty Manager role leads key sales floors, drives sales potential, and maintains exceptional merchandise, housekeeping, and customer service standards. You will also lead the whole store when the Store Manager is absent. The position requires retail management experience, commercial awareness, and effective leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver store results by using commercial information and taking action
Lead sales floors and drive sales potential
Coach and develop Retail Assistants to improve performance
Maintain merchandise, visual merchandising, ticketing, and promotional standards
Manage health, safety, security, and customer service standards
Requirements:
Duty management experience, preferably in fast-paced retail
Effective leadership and ability to motivate others
Customer service experience and customer-focused approach
Commercial awareness with multitasking and prioritisation skills
Strong communication and competent IT skills
