Airport Ramp Operations Coordinator

Coordinate airport ramp operations in Victoria using strong organization and communication skills. Support airline partners through safe, reliable ground service coverage.
Executive Aviation seeks a Ramp Coordinator for its Victoria Below the Wing team. This position provides around-the-clock leadership and coverage while addressing challenges for Leads. You will work with Above the Wing, GSE, airline partners, and the airport authority to create operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize ramp setup, manpower assignments, and shift briefings
Support safe baggage and ground equipment movement
Coordinate airline, airport, and Executive Aviation communications
Oversee deice logs during winter operations
Support Lead training, load planning, and incident management
Requirements:
Minimum two years of aviation ground handling experience
Minimum one year of management experience
Strong organizational and written communication skills
Valid RAIC or security clearance for airside access
On-call availability, weekend, and early morning flexibility
