Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a skilled Registered Health Care Assistant for community care. You will provide customized support in clients’ homes, following care plans and current community care practices. The work includes homemaking, companionship, personal care, documentation, and infection prevention.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide cleaning, cooking, laundry, and household management
Accompany clients to community activities and events
Administer personal care according to care plan directives
Assist with activities of daily living and repositioning
Document conditions and report unusual changes promptly
Requirements:

Complete accredited caregiver training or equivalent education and experience
Know caregiving principles and customer service
Communicate effectively in spoken and written English
Lift 23 kilograms, squat, bend, stand, and reach
Provide a clear Criminal and Vulnerable Sector Check
