White Oak Consulting seeks an experienced Bookkeeper to own client portfolios from start to finish. You will manage full-cycle bookkeeping, reconciliations, payables, receivables, HST filings, payroll support, and month-end files. The work combines independent problem solving with direct client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle financial records in QuickBooks Online
Complete monthly bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations
Process accounts payable and receivable accurately
Prepare HST filings and support payroll processing
Work onsite reviewing records and identifying discrepancies
Requirements:
Five-plus years of QuickBooks Online experience
Five-plus years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
Ability to work hybrid across Windsor-Essex County
Sharp attention to detail and accurate work
Clear, confident written and verbal English
