Window administration meets product expertise at Gentek, supporting quotations and orders for windows and doors. Serve customers in person and by phone.
As a Window Administrator, you support lumberyards and contractors through accurate quotations, order processing, and product guidance. Gentek’s 55 years of exterior, cladding, and window industry experience informs the products you represent. You will interpret specifications, manage orders, and communicate availability and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare timely quotations for windows and doors
Enter and manage orders using Gentek systems
Monitor order status and communicate delivery timelines
Interpret measurements, handing, and finish specifications
Assist customers with product inquiries and alternatives
Requirements:
High school diploma required
Computer systems and order entry platform proficiency
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Windows and doors experience or blueprint reading asset
French and English bilingualism preferred
Bring customer service, product knowledge, and precise order processing to Gentek’s window and door administration team.
