Residential Leasing Agent Rivana Residence

Showcase Rivana Residence as a Leasing Agent in Maple Ridge, using customer service and sales skills to create memorable apartment tours. This is a six-month term position.
WestUrban seeks an enthusiastic, creative, and driven Leasing Agent for its brand-new apartment building at 21783 Lougheed Highway. You will lead personalized showings, represent the community professionally, and communicate building amenities, neighborhood value, availability, pricing, and promotions. The role may include property management and marketing administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct personalized unit and property tours
Represent Rivana Residence as a professional building ambassador
Build rapport with prospective residents and explain community value
Maintain accurate showing records and prospect feedback
Assist the building manager with daily operations
Requirements:
Sales or customer service experience
Residential leasing or property management experience is an asset
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in Maple Ridge, British Columbia
High school diploma or equivalent
Bring customer experience, communication, and leasing skills to represent Rivana Residence and support prospective tenants in Maple Ridge.
