Serve hearing care clients in Victoria as a Customer Care Representative, using strong communication and customer service skills. Work Monday to Friday during business hours.
At Connect Hearing Canada, this clinic-based position reports to the Regional Clinic Manager. You will provide service in person, by phone, and email while supporting Hearing Care Professionals. The work includes appointment scheduling, file organization, client accounts, insurance billing, and minor device support. Training is provided for cleanings and minor repairs.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service across three communication channels
Schedule appointments for hearing care clients
Organize files for Hearing Care Professionals
Maintain client accounts and build relationships
Support insurance billing, cleanings, and minor repairs
Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience or interest in reconciling accounts receivable
Alignment with helping others
Availability to travel to other clinics
Can-Do attitude and passion for learning
