Build client relationships while selling auto insurance solutions as an Auto Insurance Trainee with HUB. Full training supports your licensing path.
This results-focused opportunity suits a goal-driven self-starter with a customer-first approach and competitive edge. You will promote ICBC and private insurance products, process transactions, and work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. No insurance experience is required, and HUB provides support toward earning your Level 1 General Insurance License within your first 30 days.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners
Promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products
Process renewals, plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments
Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products
Answer calls, manage administrative tasks, and restock inventory
Requirements:
Strong drive to exceed performance and sales goals
Confident, outgoing personality with customer-first focus
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure
Reliable, accountable, and collaborative approach
High school diploma or equivalent; Level 1 license an asset
Bring sales drive, organization, and client service skills to HUB’s auto insurance training pathway and licensing support.
