Credit Union Member Services Advisor
DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd.
Help DUCA Members do more with personalized service, proactive inquiry, and accurate banking transactions at the Guelph branch. The position is full-time.
This Member Service Representative role suits organized, driven individuals who enjoy direct interaction with Members and customers. You will explain DUCA solutions, uncover financial needs, open accounts, and connect Members with Financial Services Officers. The work combines front-counter service, phone support, cash handling, administration, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer Member inquiries and increase satisfaction through service
Explain DUCA products, services, benefits, and features
Identify financial needs through proactive Member conversations
Process cheques, currencies, RRSPs, term deposits, and debit cards
Participate in local business development and community involvement
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred
Two years’ customer or Member service experience preferred
Previous sales experience considered an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management
Strong attention to detail and decision-making ability
Use communication, financial services knowledge, and organized follow-through to deliver the Member experience DUCA promises in Guelph.
