Coffee and Espresso Barista

Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and related foods while delivering knowledgeable customer service at the coffee bar. Use recipes, techniques, and menu expertise daily.
As a Barista, you will welcome customers, understand their coffee needs, and explain available drinks. You will prepare espresso, cafe latte, and cappuccino beverages using prescribed recipes. The work also includes selling beans and brewing equipment through demonstrations, maintaining supplies, and supporting a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and determine their coffee interests
Explain drink menus and answer customer questions
Prepare espresso, cafe latte, and cappuccino drinks
Demonstrate coffee grinding and brewing equipment
Maintain supplies, inventories, equipment, and coffee bar appearance
Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills
Previous Barista experience is an asset
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Physical ability to perform position duties
