As a Credit Manager, you will review credit applications and transactions for an assigned portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
Review and adjudicate credit applications and transactions independently
Monitor portfolio compliance with lending policies and procedures
Recommend restructuring, special loan plans, and alternative solutions
Communicate transaction decisions, rationale, terms, and collateral requirements
Coach sales and service employees on credit risk
Requirements:
Five to seven years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
In-depth banking products, regulations, and industry trends knowledge
Credit portfolio management and financing guidelines knowledge
Strong analytical, communication, coaching, and influence skills
