As a Client Manager, you will provide front-line counselling about personal insurance coverage, tailored to client needs and exposures. You will manage client files, maintain retention targets, and support premium growth. The work includes insurer portals, renewals, endorsements, midterm changes, and remarketing.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver day-to-day customer service and manage client file activities
Issue policies and changes through insurer online portals
Process renewals, endorsements, and midterm policy changes
Upsell appropriate coverages and refer business across lines
Monitor insurer products, offerings, and market intelligence
Requirements:

RIBO registration in good standing
More than three years of industry or personal lines experience
Experience managing high volumes of clients
Strong computer skills and broker management system fluency
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Bring personal lines knowledge, quotation skills, and client retention expertise to NFP’s Ontario insurance team.
