Lead personalized fashion service at Sandro in South Coast Plaza, using clienteling, styling, and team coaching to create memorable experiences.
SMCP seeks a Sales Supervisor for its Sandro store in Costa Mesa. You will mentor associates, reinforce branded customer service, and guide clients through Parisian-inspired selections. The position combines sales leadership, product knowledge, store presentation, and operational support while pursuing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead clienteling and customer service by example
Coach associates on selling, service, and product knowledge
Build client relationships through personalized follow-ups
Provide expert styling guidance during shopping experiences
Maintain selling floor standards and product replenishment
Requirements:
One to two years of sales or service experience
Some supervisory background preferred
Passion for fashion, Parisian chic, and luxury retail
Confident communication and mentoring abilities
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
