Monitor emerging regulations as lululemon’s Senior Regulatory Affairs Counsel, using legal analysis and risk-based advice onsite at least four days weekly.
This senior legal role serves as lululemon’s central regulatory resource. You will interpret legislative developments, assess operational implications, advise cross-functional partners, and support regulatory strategy. The position also engages industry associations and external stakeholders to advance company priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze proposed legislation and regulatory activity
Prioritize developments affecting operations, products, and processes
Provide practical legal advice and mitigation strategies
Present regulatory risks and recommendations to senior leadership
Support regulatory strategy across a 12–18 month horizon
Requirements:

J.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
Active bar admission or in-house counsel registration eligibility
Five or more years of relevant legal experience
Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
Authorization to work in Canada
Bring regulatory affairs expertise, sound judgment, and legal leadership to lululemon’s evolving legislative and compliance priorities.
